Hey there, I'm Cass!

I am the owner and "Queen Bee" of The Hive. I've been in the beauty industry for 19 years and have such a passion for making people feel good about themselves. Blondes are my jam and I love a drastic chop! I also specialize in bridal hair and have well over 200 weddings under my belt.
​
When I'm not behind the chair or running the shop, I am home (most likely drinking my *now cold* dark roast coffee) playing the role of Mum! My boyfriend and I have four children and run three businesses between us. You could say my life can get busy, but when I do finally make some "me time" it usually entails reading a book or scrolling Pinterest to find something new to cook up!

So if you're looking for something a little brighter, maybe less upkeep, and want to invest time in yourself; I'm here to book you that appointment!

Hi I’m Alaina!
​
I’ve been a stylist since 2014 and I still love getting behind the chair every day! My favorite services to do in the salon is coloring! I love to do low maintenance color that compliments you and let's you go longer between salon visits! Any day I get to do a blonding service I’m happy! I also offer haircuts, grey coverage, color and facial waxing!

When I’m not in the salon you’ll find me with my Fiancé, daughter, and two black labs, Haze and Aspen! We love to stay busy with house projects, family time, and being outside together!
I am currently accepting new guests for Tuesdays 10:30am-6pm, Wednesday 10am-5pm, Fridays 10am-3:30pm.

I’m Kaitlin, and I have been happily creating magic behind the chair as a professional hair stylist for the past 15 years. Over the last decade and a half, I’ve dedicated myself to perfecting my craft, specializing in custom haircuts, sharp men’s styling, and seamless, natural-looking gray coverage.
For me, being a stylist is about so much more than just the technical skill—it’s about the connection. My ultimate goal is to create a relaxing, welcoming haven where you can completely unwind. I want every person who sits in my chair to feel truly heard, valued, and comfortable. I believe that everyone deserves to feel radiant, and I work meticulously to ensure you leave looking and feeling absolutely beautiful.

When I’m not at the salon making your hair goals come to life, I am a proud mom to my two amazing daughters and an avid dog lover. Balancing a busy family life keeps me grounded, and getting to express my creativity in the salon keeps me inspired. I truly love what I do, and I can't wait to welcome you into my chair!
PARKER
Hi, I’m Parker!
I have had a passion for hairdressing for as long as I can remember. I have been working behind the chair for 5 years after graduating from the Monty Tech Cosmetology Program.
I love all aspects of hairdressing, whether it’s creating a bright blonde, a fun new style, a simple root color, or a short textured cut; I do it all! I pride myself on listening to and truly understanding what each client wants so you can leave feeling like your best and most confident self.
My goal is for every client to feel comfortable and welcomed when they sit in my chair so I can provide the highest quality experience possible!
When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me spending time with my pets, scrolling through social media, or hanging out with family and friends.
I look forward to seeing all of your beautiful faces in my chair!
ROXANNE
Hi, I’m Roxanne NOT Roxy.
I’ve been a stylist for nearly 20 years, specializing in blonding, grey blending, creative color, and formal styling. I’m also an Elleebana-certified lash technician. The passion for color and continued education inspired me to become a nationwide educator for Schwarzkopf Professional, where I can help other stylists expand their skills and creativity. The best part of my job is connecting with clients and figuring out the perfect connection between inspiration and reality for their dream hair.
When I’m not behind the chair or educating, you will find me traveling the world with my husband, exploring New England on our motorcycles, hiking or bicycling with our two dogs, or trying to remember all the steps to successfully bake a cheesecake or chocolate mousse without fail… Or you can find me binging Netflix with my dogs. It’s a 50/50 on my days off.
MANDY
Hey beautiful people, Mandy here!
I’ve been behind the chair for 15 years, specializing in color correction, blonding, gray blending, and hair extensions for (6+ years). I love curly hair and a good blow out. Being versatile is my strength as no one head of hair is the same. I’m passionate about continuing my education and staying current so I can give every client the best experience possible.
What I love most is helping people feel confident and beautiful. I work with all hair types — curly, fine, straight, frizzy, dry, or damaged — with a focus on creating healthy, manageable hair that fits your lifestyle while enhancing your natural beauty.
I’ve been self-employed for 10 years, building my business through passion, hard work, growth, and dedication to my clients.
Outside of the salon, I’m a proud girl mom to two amazing daughters (and one spoiled cat). I love summer adventures, cooking, and winding down with a good show. Balancing work, family, and self-care is something I continue to grow through every day.

I started working in a salon at 16 and became an independent stylist by 19. Now, with nearly 13 years of experience behind the chair, my passion for this industry continues to grow every day.
I offer a variety of services tailored to your hair goals and lifestyle. Whether you’re getting ready for a special event or simply want a fresh new look, I’m here to help you feel your best. I love creating formal styles for weddings and events, as well as customized cuts for all hair textures, root touch-ups, dimensional highlights, and effortless lived-in color. And no appointment is complete without my favorite finishing touch — a bouncy blowout! I also offer men’s haircuts.
When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me binge-watching reality TV, reading a good book, sipping an iced coffee, and spending time with my cat, Peanut.
