Hey there, I'm Cass!

I am the owner and "Queen Bee" of The Hive. I've been in the beauty industry for 18 years and have such a passion for making people feel good about themselves. Blondes are my jam and I love a drastic chop! I also specialize in bridal hair and have well over 200 weddings under my belt.
​
When I'm not behind the chair or running the shop, I am home (most likely drinking my *now cold* dark roast coffee) playing the role of Mum! My boyfriend and I have four children and run three businesses between us. You could say my life can get busy, but when I do finally make some "me time" it usually entails reading a "romcom" book or scrolling Pinterest to find something new to make in my crockpot.

So if you're looking for something a little brighter, maybe less upkeep, and want to invest time in yourself; I'm here to book you that appointment!

CASSANDRA
Hi, I'm Alaina! I've been a hairstylist for eight years now and my passion behind the chair is low-maintenance hair color and all types of blonding!
​
I've been interested in hair since I was little and when I went to Monty Tech for high school, I chose cosmetology as my shop, and got my license in 2014.
​
In 2018 I went independent and started my own business behind the chair. I named it Alaina Sophia Hair and I'm very proud to be a small business owner.
​
I live with my boyfriend and our two black labs Haze and Aspen. When I'm not at the salon I love to be with our family and friends, going for walks with my dogs, trying new restaurants or relaxing with a book or watching a show!

KAITLIN
Hi all! I'm Kaitlin, I'm the woman behind krsmith_styles. I've been in the industry for 10 years as a master stylist. I love to enhance my clients natural beauty or add a fun, bold new color. I also specialize in lived-in color, gray blending and enjoy vivid colors. My goal is to really work with my clients to achieve their perfect new look. We can work together to achieve the look you're going for. The most rewarding part is seeing the smile on your face after you see your new look.

When I'm not behind the chair, I enjoy time with my sassy little girl and my big puppy - Waylon. I love exploring the woods, going on motorcycle rides, and hanging out with friends.
PARKER
Hi, I'm Parker!

I have had a passion for hairdressing for as long as I can remember! I went to Monty Tech and graduated from the cosmetology program where I fell even more in love with this industry.
​
I love all aspects of hairdressing, whether it be a short textured cut, a bright blonde, fun new style, or simple root color. The best part of my job is making my client feel confident and at their absolute best. My goal is for each and ever client to leave with their hair looking better than they imagined!

When I'm not behind the chair, you can find me spending time with my pets, scrolling through TikTok, or with friends and family.

Hey, I'm Roxanne!

What can I say, I love creating hair art! Specializing in all things hair color; I am an Elleebana certified lash technician and a make up artist. Color is my passion: I love the science-y part of the job. As a Schwarzkopf ASK educator, I am offered the opportunity to travel and share my love of all things hair!

When not in my suite, you can find me hiking with my dogs, riding my motorcycle with my husband, shopping, traveling, and cooking or baking while drinking wine.

NATALIE
Hi there! I'm Naty and l'm so excited to be continuing my passion and hair journey at The Hive!
Whether it's a fresh haircut, a beautiful Brazilian blowout, a new style, highlights, balayage, or a simple root touch up, I'm all about making you look and feel golden!
I've been in the industry for about 5 years. I graduated from Monty Tech with my cosmetology license in 2016, where my passion for hair only grew stronger and stronger. I love everything about this industry, especially making people look and feel their absolute best!
After high school, I started working at a local salon franchise while going to college. When I graduated in 2019, I took a step back to focus on getting my Masters degree and a full-time marketing job. Now, I'm back and ready to dive into my passion and what l've always loved to do!
When I'm not in the salon, you can find me making content for Holy Cross College, hanging with my family, and making memories with my pup Bruno and my fiance Tyler.
